KG just bought a brand new ferrari and a multi-million dollar home in Malibu. Malibu is about 30 minutes from Los Angeles. I hope this is a step in the right direction for KG landing with the Lakers.

How about a deal involving Kobe for KG?

Even KG for kobe..Wolves likely wouldn't do it....Plus Kobe might go to jail...So that might not be wise [IMG]

Dr. Buss just needs to break the bank on this one and get both guys! Screw the luxury tax, just raise ticket prices to cover the cost and make all their games PPV!!!

Yeah anything is possible, even a lineup with KG, Kobe, & Shaq!

I just hope the T-Wolves have a terrible season and all their off-season transactions backfire. I want KG to play for a big city team, and L.A. would be #1 on my list. My second choice would be for him to play with the Spurs. I think Shaq & Kobe vs. KG & TD would be great to watch for the next 3 years.

We can fantasize all we want but I can end this discussion in two statements -

Shape - Quit dreaming, KG is staying in Minnesota.

Allnet - There is no evidence that the sex wasn't consensual.

Spartan you have to keep an open mind about these type of opportunities. If I told you one day the Lakers would have Shaq, Kobe, Payton, & Malone on the same team you would think I was a fool and fantasizing. But it happened, you just underestimate the non-basketball opportunities Los Angeles has to offer. KG might return to Minny, but until he signs there is still a chance he goes somewhere else. Detroit is going to throw a lot of money at him and so are the Spurs. A lot of teams will be bidding for him and Kobe in the off-season.

    what about Boston????
come on! dont you want to see the next great chapter of the celtics/lakers rivalry?? KG would love Boston. The intensity would suit his character and be a big step up from the moss-covered fans of the midwest.

Yeah Boston would be a good fit, too. KG & Pierce vs. Kobe & Shaq ... EPIC!

pppft. Im not touching that untill have an incling that theres the slightest sniff of hope for the celts landing KG. Funny thing is they probably could if they didnt have vin baker. Even if they digest his contract or he retires it still counts against their payroll til the contract is up.

That'd be my first choice. That'd just be AMAZING to watch. KG to TD. TD to KG. They could have three other benchwamers on their team and still win a championship. My next choice would be having him at SF for the Bulls. Haha. That won't ever happen.

i want him to go to LA or SA. imagine this LA Lineup:

    C - Shaq
    PF - Malone
    SF - Garnett
    SG - Kobe
    PG - Payton

    WOW!

SA will have a nice lineup too:

    C - Rasho
    PF - Duncan
    SF - Garnett
    SG - Manu
    PG - Parker

i personally think that KG is either staying in Minni or going to LA or SA. most likely LA since he got the house there (or whatever he got).

The lakers have no chance to sign him as they can't offer anything..and KG is not the kind of guy who will play for 1 million a year...no chance..he will only consider teams that have money to offer him while having a good future and who he thinks can win a title...Him staying in minny is most likely..they can offer him the most as well..Just because he has a house somewhere else doesn't mean he will sign for that team...A team like the Nuggets could interest him....
