Even if she isn't...It is terrible this guy would do something like this and try and kill her because kobe's basketball career is on the line...but to me...This was expected...I knew someone would try and make her life a living hell or even try and kill her....it is sick and twisted

Hey we agreed on something!! j/k..but anyways, I think when Kobe said that he was completely innocent the first time that he meant he was innocent of RAPE, not ADULTERY (2 very different things) But I dunno. All I know is that my respect has greatly dropped for Kobe even though I still like him as all of you well know! :mrgreen:

Kobe said he was innocent and at the time being he was refererring to the charges filed against him. In this case that is rape. He was saying he was inncocent of rape. Adultery isnt a crime, it just isnt a good thing.

If Kobe payed her off he would be considered guilty by everyone's standards. That is the worst thing he could have possibly done was to pay her off. The only way she gets any money is if he is found guilty of Rape and then she will file a cival suit which they will settle then. The only way that she is getting a dime is if he is found guilty in criminal court.

He should have kept his mouth shut until his attorney could write out exaclty word for word what he would say to the public. Even if he did lie at first, I dont think that can be brought up in court and be used against him.
not saying it can but the point is he did lie at first about doing her so you cant say for certain that hes not lying about raping her just cause you think hes a nice guy
