I dont think he is a nice guy and I dont think he is a mean guy. Im stating from the facts so far. There has been no evidence so far that proves to my beyond all reasonable doubt that he committed this crime. He could have raped her, he could have not. That is for the courts to decide.

the MDE made a comment and I agreed on it. Now onto the subject of this thread.

I do believe it is very sad that a man threatened to kill this girl. She might be telling the truth, you know. I find it sad that her life has to be threatened over this. Well anyhow, this guy will be doing some jail time for his comments.

You bring up a great point. Even if she does drop the charges he will be known for the rest of his life because of threating her. He did not gain any benefit from threatening her. If I was her I would not drop the charges. He can do some time to jail then deal with the repercussions of his actions out in the real world. He deserves it. What a coward.
