Its a good thing. When players gain weight like when Carter did he started to get Injuries. Same goes with Darius Miles. People say his knees did nt adjust to the weight.
That's really true about Darius Miles. He put on some weight (muscles) thru training (weight-lifting) but then didn't train as much on his legs so his knees weren't used to the new weight, and that's why he injured his knees. Looking at VC, I think he probably lost a few pounds.
