Raptors - as franchise stated .. Vince is Healthy + kevin oneail + A Productive Moe P and Chris Bosh ... Raps are definatley gonna be there Rockets - very simple. they have : Steve Francis - one of the best point/shooting guards in the league Yao Ming - one of the top centrs in the L .. and one of the rare players of not the only one who could guard Shaq Jeff Van Gundy - one of the best coaches in the L !

The closest thing I saw to shutting down Shaq last season was when he had 13pts vs. all the Bulls big men (Curry, Chandler, Marshall, Blount, Baxter)
Shaq also got his dunk blocked by Memo Okur and Ben Wallace....he was sort of stopped there...on a few plays at least
I would have to agree with the Raptors in the East and I'll take Portland in the west just beacuse my brother lives there.
