i cant believe GG would rather brunson or palacio over skip

from what iv seen, skip is better then both them, and he'll help fill the seats.

No offence but Palacio is terrible..he can't even put up decent stats up on the Cavs...Skip is MUCH better...

I don't understand why Raptor fans say this, they have absolutely no problem with filling seats during the regular season. Did you know that before they even had Skip they sold out 40 of 41 home games? They have one of the highest attendance in the league.

Interesting signing by the Heat. With the recent player additions and moves by Fund & Riley, I'm wondering if Riley is going to get back to his Showtime style and abandon the hard nosed defensive style. Skip, Butler, Wade, Eddie, & Odom are all great finishers and love to push the ball up the court. Riley allowed Magic Johnson to run a creative open floor offense with the Lakers and he might have the same thoughts about Odom running the Miami offense similar to Magic. Here are some eerie similarities of the Showtime Lakers and current Heat Rosters. Some of this is a stretch, but I am starting to see a shift in Riley's philosophy.

    Magic - Odom
    Scott - Wade
    Worth - C. Butler
    Cooper - E. Jones
    Kareem - No one yet
    A.C. Green - B. Grant

Well it seems now Magic will sign Kenny Anderson instead....as along with Alston they were interested in him and Coles..now I know who I would rather have there...

since when is attracting fans something you can get enough of? skip was becomming a fan favorite...since basketball is also a business...it would have been a smart business move to keep him.

In all honesty, Rafer will probably get more playing time with Riley than any other team. Riley is making a makeover in Miami and the result should be exciting. Great pick up.
