This article is wrong, believe me..And also, Mike Tyson was convicted of the same thing and now he is all over the place boxing, etc. Kobe could buy his way out of it anyways. And he didn't do it.

And he didn't do it.</div> The difference for Kobe & Tyson is the County where Kobe is being convicted. In that city the charge for rape is mandatory LIFE in prison. I think Kobe was setup by this girl and I hope his trial doesn't last very long. As for the probation part of the article, it is all true. Depending on the type of probation he gets it could easily effect his freedom to travel from state to state. Of course that article is the worse case scenario and I really doubt Kobe faces any time in prison.
