Should the raptors sign more players or make any trades? personall,y i think we need to make one more trade (if it makes sense). i doubt we would be able to sign another player that is reasonable.
I think It's time for you to find a new GM..what kind of person signs all these free-agent players who are complete trash? the players he has signed are terrible Mengke Bateer Milt Palacio Rick Brunson Jerome Moiso Are not good players Yet he decides not to re-sign Rafer Alston who averaged 7 points and 4 assists a game..while averaging excellent numbers in the last 10 games of the season....and Voshon Lenard who averaged well over 14 points per game last season....I just don't get what your GM is doing...

I was actually going to mention George Williams but I thought he was a draft pick..but It seems he isn't...To be honest he doesn't sound too great and likely won't perform in the NBA....GG should of gone after Dion Glover,Jon Barry e.t.c...those kind of very good role players...(hell Dion Glover is still available)...As afterall Jon signed with Denver for only 2 million over 1 year....might of been less....JB did great in Detroit while being a great shooter..So money wouldn't of been a factor I still can't fiqure out why Raptors havn't made an offer to Voshon Lenard..He was one of the Raptors best players..putting up 14.3 points per game is damn good...Now the Nuggets are set to sign him.....Not signing Voshon may be a big mistake by the Raps IMO
The Raptors had no money to spend. They needed to fill roster spots. Moiso was a good signing. Palacio was decent to. George Williams can get cut at anytime. We needed Bateer or else the tallest person would have been 6'10. Brunson is just a 3rd string player and he knows his role is to battle with Milt for the backup point guard spot and he will make Milt better. Rafer ran his mouth off and said players only play for the money I heard thats why he is nt back and he was good when we first signed him but for a while he just sucked. His number were decent because he got lots of playing time and started some games. Our team is pretty good if the forth pick in a deep draft will be a 3rd string power forward.
There are alot of teams who had no money to spend but still got decent free-agents..You don't add players just for the sake of it..more so when there are much better FA available...Dion Glover is one..Jon Barry as I said wouldn't cost much....Having a player like Milt Palacio as your back-up PG is a worry....Surprised Brunson even got a contract...As for Rafer..I don't remember him saying anything bad about anyone at the Raptors..He sucked for a while? Also Jerome Moiso played really well for the Hornets at the end of last seaosn, that was the only signing I liked, if he gets playing time he can be effective. For the rest, I think the only one that will get playing time is Milt.
Brunson, Bateer and Williams will be 3rd string players maybe on the IR. Theres no point of signing better players to sit on the bench.
