13 breakout players <font size="5"><font face="Garamond">I am definately happy to see Corey Maggette on that list, it's about time he gets some recognition. Elton is not the only one carrying that team anymore.</font></font>
what about Drew Gooden, he is going to put up some monster numbers this season , people are sleeping on him. I like T. Prince but Mehmet Okur will be in a log jam at the C position with Darko Ben Elden and Rebraca
What about Kwame Brown , I think Kwame Brown and Drew Gooden are going to be the most improved players
I think Jamal Crawford will breakout the most if he has developed a consistant jump shot. Prince & Okur wont really play enuff to breakout. Curry might be one more season away from breaking out. Ming made the All-Star team last year, his #ers may improve but not his star power. Maggette is aready a big household name for a clipper and he seems to improve every. So he may have already broke out (remember when he put 30pts on Kobe). Zack will improve but, he still playing behind Rasheed, its going to be hard to break out. Dunlevy is only on the list because his father coached in the NBA. The NBA and g state are hoping he becomes a star. THat one of the reasons they traded Jamison to the Mavs. But he wont be a star any time soon maybe never.
Well Dunleavy is on the list, becuz he will be able to start.. I really Liked vlad but not if their going to play him at the 4 I think magette has already reached his peek hes not gonna average 25 a game.. Andre Kirelenko has a chance, if he develops a jumper My 5 would be Jamal Crawford Ak47 Mike redd -- again Pau Gasol -- will just become more all around and dominate i also will like to see how much better boozer can get..
I think the top 5 on the brink are: Jamal Crawford Michael Redd Tyson Chandler Lamar Odom (and his 31 and 14 performance last night helps this thought) Andrei Kirlienko
Lamar doesnt count to me. He was a star type of player already he just went threw a alot of injuries and off court problems recently. I dont think it would shock any one if he avg 20pts this season with the heat so to me that wouldnt be breaking out for him. Just doing what we all knew he could do. And Dunlevy will start but he wont breakout trust me.
