Ginobili...with less then a season in the nba he has proven that he is a future star.Great poise , good shot , good defense , can penetrate wth ease , and great hustle....he has everything u want in a player and hes only a rookie!Look for him to average 15-18 ppg , 5-7 rpg , 4-6 apg , and 2-3 spg .One of the most complete young players...

And if Parker isnt already considered a star (i think he already is) , he should be up there also...

    Wassup Boys...Noobie here....
I agree with most of the names being put out so i'll add a few new ones

    Hedu Turkoglu
    Al Harrington
    Jamaal Magliore
    Dwayne Wade (prediction for ROTY)
    Melo
    Chris Bosh

Drew Gooden would make this list if it wasnt for Juwan stealing minutes and boards away!

    Randolph

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Henacy:</div><div class="quote_post">Zack will improve but, he still playing behind Rasheed, its going to be hard to break out.</div>

From what I've heard the Blazers are going to move Wallace to the 3 so that Randolph will be able to start at the 4. Randolph is looking very impressive in the preseason. Last night he went for 27 points, 18 rebounds in 35 minutes. I believe he could have broke out last season if he had the opportunity to start every game. Last season out of the 11 games he started, he averaged 15.5 points, 8 rebounds in 30 minutes. I believe if he's going to get a full time starting job(which he probably will) he could easily average 16-18 ppg, and 8-10 rebounds. How many other "breakout player candidates" do you think will have those kind of numbers? Very few in my mind. Randolph will be the breakout player of the year, and don't count him out of most improved player of the year race. If he wins this most improved award I think the only thing that would be "improved" about Randolph is his minutes; he already had the 18/10 game.
