Here is what he had to say: 1) Doc Rivers said that the center position is open to competion between Hunter and pachulia. Rivers wants DeClercq 100% playing with the second unit of the bench. That would mean that Gooden would be 4 and Howard would 3. 2)If nither Hunter nor Pachulia can start at center, Gooden and Howard will both play 4&5 switching during the game, and the SF would be Giricek. 3) Britton Johnsen's contract is unguarnteed, but Rivers said that he will most likley make the roster. 4) This is a quote "Harvey is a guy we can send in the game and say 'Stop that guy' and he would do that for us". 5) Teams can have only 15 on the roster, and Shammond Williams will make the roster, which means one player will be waived. I think Gabriel will trade Sasser for nothing if it ment saving his cheap salary, if not, then he'll be waived.
good. i really want declerq on the bench. i love his energy and we need to save him, because if he started he would be in foul trouble a couple min into the game. hopefully zaza and/or hunter can get the spot by playing good aggressive ball. i don't think we can get rid of sasser, but i think that we will drop apodaca. any news on today's training camp?

He needs to play at his natural spot. He could greatly improve now hes on the magic. I cant wait to see him play for us and his defense will be very needed. Overall, we look great on paper. I cant wait until the season starts.
