Hockey isnt having a season because no american likes it besides me and u and GF1 and probably 13 other people in the country, Its become a corportate game were the fan cant afford to go, its all buisness people. HOckey is done IMO because of greedy players, and greedy owners, thats why MLB was almostwiped off the earth in 94. NFL is the best run league, it knows how to please everyone.

okay.... hockey is the best sport to see live and the tickets are only like 40 $$ but football tickets are at cheapest..... 60 $ on EBAY 100 if u buy them from an official place.... its all supply and demand

all the f'ball tickets are tied in with season tickets...... meaning its much harder to get to a football game than a hockey game. The NHL expanded getting like 4 new teams in 4 years which meant building 4 new arenas.... no 1 wants to see an expansion team win 20 games out of 82 so ticket sales will be slow the firsyt 2 - 4 years

Another problem with the NHL is they have too many teams too close to each other!OTTAWA Toronto and Montreal are really like a 100 mile to 150 mile radius which makes certain teams make more money than others!!!!!!

Sorry but that's not true in my hometown. The Wild have sold out every game since they began the franchise.

I can't speak for the other cities... maybe it's an anomoly?

There are like 5 cities that can support their teams, thats why theres so many f'd up franchises.

    Detroit
    Philly
    LA
    NY
    Minn.

they need revenue sharing and a cap fast because thats just going to leave the buffalos and arizonas in the dust
