Who Should Be Option 1?

    The Heat are loaded with talent, but who should be the first option on offense? And why?

    Lamar Odom ???
    Eddie Jones ???
    Caron Butler ???

    i would choose caron butler. i think he will improve to a 20+ ppg scorer and he can only get better, while eddie jones will keep declining. i think it's pretty much caron butler's team now.

    I think Eddie Jones will be the number 1 option. But I think Butler or Odom should be because they are the future of the Miami Heat. Eddie Jones should be traded.

    Odom, because of his ability to share the ball and create. He has shooters/finishers around him.

    I think eddie jones should be the number one option while hes there, hes a really good player, and is a veteran who can score. I would have Caron as the 2nd option, or 3rd, depending on Odom's play.

    Odom is the best player on the heat he will make all of his teammates better!!

    Jones usually does the most of his scoring from finishing on a fast break, or spotting up with open shots. He does not create for himself as much as he should.

    Jones only scores from fast break??? No way he scores most of his points from set plays!!!

    Odom should be option #1 he can score in side and out also off the dribble. And he can create easier shots for Bulter and EJ. Plus he can take the pressure off Wade a little bit because of his ability to handle the basketball. Wade can focus on scoring at times instead of having to create for others. And when he gets the ball in the mid range post against smaller defenders teams will have to double creating so many different options for your team on offense. If I was the heat I would keep the ball in his hands as much as possible, I am not a Heat fan but Lamar is your offensive best player as of right now Caron or Wade may be in the future. And EJ is the man too, I love his game. You guys have alot of options on offense but you may have one to many wing players. And I hope its not true about Lamar playing the 4 when your team(Caron comes Back)gets completely healthy because your team will be small and Lamar would not be as effective. Lamar size and ability as a small forward is what makes him a star type of player.
