bronx would be so much easier for the nets, like a 30 min drive but brooklyn is pretyy far, not far but a pain cuz u have to pass manhattan, i say this because of the kidd and mourning comments this week, i think it would be better if they HAD to move it would be the bronx area that would be the best but that wouldent happen . i really hope they stay in the swamp though

Brooklyn Nets sounds good to me. NY will surpport them more but it might take New Yorkers a while to adjust to another b-ball team in NY. but the Nets are fun to watch when their running& dunking. And in NY loves that kind of stuff just go to rucker park in the summer time and you will see what im talking about.

It could work because New York needs some more hype surrounding the city. With the Knicks heading for the lottery again it would be refreshing for the Nets to bring some playoff atmosphere back to the city.

and the Nets deserve to have a full rafters for a change...it's a pity to see the swamp half-empty during the regular season...

In other news, Jason Kidd said that if the Nets ever move to New York then he will demand a trade. I did not read why he will do this, but if Jason wants a trade then I support him.

I read that like if they move Kidd will demand a trade, and Kidd said: He signed with New Jersey to win a ring, not move to another city. And if he knew this would happen he would of gone to San Antonion.

and the rivalry starts Knickerbockers against the Brooklyn Nets. I wander if Kmart and byron Scott will come along for the ride.

I heard about this. And Jay-Z has somethin to do with this too...I don't think the Nets players will be too happy about this either.

I don't really think the move's/changes really matter. The name doesn't make the team. My only concern is for the players, they might not like the move as they might have to go farther for travel or be farther from their loved ones and home. If there are some cases like that, I just hope that there're some positive notes to that one.

Moving to Brooklyn might finally put some fans in the seat. Nice to see that the Jigga Man is goin to be part of the buying group.
