I currently have Juwan Howard at PF and Chris Bosh on the bench but I am looking at Zach Randolph available on waivers. I could drop Stromile Swift to make room for Randolph since I am good already at center (Mourning & B. Miller) but I also like Stromile. What would you do in this scenario? I like Randolphs potential this year, I like Bosh but he IS a rookie. Thanks.
I think Swift and Randolph have the ability to better Howard stat wise this year. I don't know how you feel about that, but since you have depth you can go many different ways. Randolph will get lots of time, Swift just needs to stay healthy, something he has had problems with. If you MUST select one of those 2 I would take Randolph.
What about Chris Bosh? Is he worth a spot on the roster or a waste of space? I could drop Bosh and pick up Randolph. I feel bad dropping Howard over Bosh.
Howard will start for the Magic and avg 18 and 8 a game! You should keep swift becuase he will be a starter and he should avg 12 and 7 and 2blks!!! What ever u do dont drop HOWARD!!! Kings James what did u say about howard!!!

I can see Howard getting 15 or 16 and 7 rebounds. Stromile Swift might start but I doubt he will beat out Wright. I would drop Swift over Bosh.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting BAKAJ:</div><div class="quote_post">Swift is out playing wright in the PreSeason and they egt the smme min!!!</div> This is preseason, I dont know how many times I have to say it. Most of the talented players arent playing as much. If I were you i would drop Swift and pick up Randolph. Swift has always been very injury prone and he will not be a high number option on the Grizzlies. In fact according to ESPN, he will be the back-up power forward to Gasol. I would keep Bosh, just for the fact that he has the talent to break out. Howard is good however since he is on the Magic he will be getting a little less numbers. Kid Canada made a good point in how he will not be the number one option on his current team like he was last year. Also, add into account that Drew Gooden is the chosen one down low for them. His numbers will be good though, just not as good as BAKAJ, is thinking. Overall, drop Swift and pick up Randolph. Randolph should get some really good minutes with the TrailBlazers and from what I have read he will start at PF.
Pickup Randolph. Do it now. It will be worth it later. Randolph had a good playoff run. He has shown that he has the offensive skills to be a star in the league. But he needs to improve upon his defense. Randolph's emergence was one of the reasons Portland was looking to shop Rasheed. Of the Howard, Swift, and Bosh tandem, Id drop Bosh(assuming this is NOT a keeper league. If it is, drop Swift instead) Bosh will have the least impact of the aforementioned PFs. Antonio Davis, Jerome Williams will get more PT than Bosh. Moiso, Bradley, and Bosh will fight for the remaining minutes. Bosh is going to be raw. I dont care how he played in the preseason. Preseason is a poor indication of how a team and its players will play. With Gooden gone, Swift will see the bulk of the backup minutes at the 4/5. He stands a better chance to fill out his boxscore than Bosh as a result. Do what you wish. But in fantasy terms, Id pick up Randolph and drop Bosh.
Vintage good points. But Swift will battle with Outlaw and Tsakilidas for the bench minutes too. Antonio Davis and Moiso will be getting minutes at Center too. I think Bosh might even take Moiso's starting spot. I would like to see Davis and Bosh start and have Moiso and Jyd as there backups. Bradley is hurt.
Wallace to too lazy for the sf and too perimeter friendly for the center. Forget the positions, just throw them out there and let them play.

Hey guys Zach will start at PF?????????LOL LOL LOL LOL what about WALLACE!!!</div> This comment once again demonstrates how well you can read. No one said Randolph was going to start. But somehow, you always throw out an ignorant comment or two. Suggestion: Read, comprehend, then post. In that order!
