no. i dont. i didnt say that. but you did say the jazz would be 5th and thats helarious. you see what i did? i replied to what you said. but where you went wrong is replied to stuff that i did not say. thats a mistake. see the difference? ok. next time dont do that.
The thing about the Jazz is that they still have a system. A system they have maintained for the past twenty or so years. They already have an identity as to how they will play and for that I think they will still manage to finish ahead teams like the Nuggets who don't have a specific style of play and thus may be more inconsistent than the Jazz.
system? sure. talent? no. they wont be an all time worst team, but they will be bad. remember, that 'system' was HIGHLY based around stockton and malone...two all time greatest players who played almost every game.

Jazz will be lucky to win 23-25 games this season...They just don't have any stars..just basic role players and no inside play at all...They are re-building so being lottery bound was expected sometime.
I think everyone is underrating the grizzlies, last year they weren't last in the division why would they this year, they are still improving.

Remember, they were in teh playoff hunt until the final days of last season. Yes, they lost Arenas and Jamison but I think they have gained a lot too. They finally have that go to guy and hopefully will play better team defense this year. -Biased Warriors fan.

those lost (arenas, sura, jiri, fortson, jamison)>those gained (johnson, cliff, nve, pietrus, cheaney)
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting NugzFan:</div><div class="quote_post">those lost (arenas, sura, jiri, fortson, jamison)>those gained (johnson, cliff, nve, pietrus, cheaney)</div>Yes. Also keep in mind that Fortson and Jiri didn't even get PT last year.

However, the fact still stands that they lost their two best players and didn't get nearly as much in return.
fine, dont count fortson and jiri. still lost more than you gained. arenas left for nothing jamison traded for nve...who is hurt...and a cancer on a team your top pick, pietrus, isnt going to do much this year is cliffy that good to make up for it? or cheaney?
NVE was not a cancer in Dallas, but a savior. However is is not in Dallas anymore. The Jazz and Hawks will be fighting for the worst records in the league this year, in my opinion.
