    The Blazers would give up

    Wallace &
    Patterson

    for

    Ratliff &
    Glover +
    Draft Pick

    This could work for both teams it would allow Atlanta to play Terry at the point with Patterson as there defensive stopper at either the 2 or 3 along with Jackson, Whilst Wallace could play 5 in the east and Rahim the 4, and the Blazers would rid themselves of the Randolph/Patterson problems and Sheeds 40 odd Tech's and Gain a shot blocking rebounding center and allow D Davis to move back to a backup role, Wells and Randolph could then work the low block and it would allow anderson and mcinnis or stoudamire to take over the backcourt.

    worse fake trade, ever. Ratlif is better then both players mentioned. but that's just my opinon, I could be wrong.
