I just read that hes stepped down as coach.. I think he did a great job rebuilding the heat, yea eddie jones and grant have huge contracts, but they have great young players in wade butler and odom.. Sad to see him leave he was a class act

Why would he do that? Now seems like an insane time to pull this. He just got his man and his rookie (Wade). It looked like the most promising situation (relatively) that the Heat have had in three or four years. There has got to be more to this story than "I feel it's the right time".
