Because of tendinitis and a small tear in the patella tendon, Bradley has been unable to show new coach Kevin O'Neill anything and that could mean his ultimate departure from Toronto. Worse, it appears that the Raptors will not offer the former Villanova standout a contract extension. They have until Oct. 31 to do so. If not, Bradley would become a free agent at the end of the season. </div> To bad because he was a top 5 player on the Raptors at the end of the season and some people thought he would be starting this season and have a breakout year and put up numbers similar to Troy Murphy. Maybe thats why GG wants Othello Harrington?
DAMN whats up with all these players needing surgery/getting injuried before the damn season even begins? It has been one CRAZY off-season..
Damn, I wanted the best for this guy. First Collison, who I wanted to see this season, and now him. He deserves to be in the rotation when hes healthy, I just wish KO would recognize that.

bradley didn't look like he needed surgery when i went to the open practise... but i never saw him play, so that prolly explains it.

What I mean is that if he were not a pro athlete I don't think a doctor would tell him to go under the knife. He can walk and move around. He could lead a good life with his body as is. I'm sure that there are many people who are living and contributing to society more banged up than Mr. Bradley. It's just that playing basketball at a pro level pushes the body beyond what is usual. I wish him well and I hope that he recovers quickly. I would love to see all people taking such lengths to ensure the longevity of their bodies.
^^ Alvin Williams had a life time injury in his ankle and Knee and there's no possibilitly of him completely recovering .. but still he is the hardest worker on the team !! ...anothe example is AI
