<div class="quote_poster">Quoting allnet:</div><div class="quote_post">If Lebron averages in the season like he is during the pre-season 10,5 and 4..then I would consider that impressive rookie year for a guy straight from high school...Showing how good an all-round player he is..Although I reckon the points will go up as the year goes on to about 15 a game 15,5 and 4..not too bad there.</div> I think his assists can reach the 6-8 mark per game, now that he is playing the pg. Remember, Miles was the starting pg for all but the last preseason game. I believe Bron can reach 14, 5, and 7..which would be mind popping for an 18 year old kid out of high school. Bron and Melo will fight for the ROTY, Melo will have the points, Bron will have everything else. The Cavaliers also have more talent and will have more wins, which could mean that James will hoist up the ROTY trophy.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting grizzoistight:</div><div class="quote_post">Carmelo will outscore and outrebound Lebron Easily!!!</div> What the heck kind of ground does that hold? Anthony is a scorer, James, though he has shown that he can score, is a playmaker, oh but wait, he can rebound too. I can say something like Bron will outrebound and out assist Anthony, then what would you say? But I won't ask that question.
You seriously think lebron is going to average more points ?? carmelo had games of 17-20-23-19-16-19-19 in the preseason.. and in most of the games shot at least 50% compared to lebron who has yet to shoot 50% in any of the games.. Carmelo was a great rebounder in college, and will surely average more boards.. U need to get off lebrons nuts, its going to take him a while to adapt to the nba, esp. with that broke jumper

You completely misread my posts.
I still cannot believe that Marquise Daniels was not drafted. All the GM's should be kicking themselves.
Another rookie that I feel should get some credit is Josh Howard. I is running the floor very well, finishing strong, and finding ways to score. Just another tool that the Mavs will use.
Luke Ridnour also had had flashes of brilliance with a 12 assist game. Ridnour scored 12 points and had 12 assists as the SuperSonics routed the Golden State Warriors, 110-91, in a preseason game.
I can't understand people when they say Bron is more NBA ready than Melo ??!!!!!! .... hey .. Bron won't have a better rookie season than Melo .. but he'll have a better career than him PERIOD !
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Half Man-Half Amazing:</div><div class="quote_post">I can't understand people when they say Bron is more NBA ready than Melo ??!!!!!!</div> Who the heck said that? All I have heard is the exact opposite. Melo being a year older and going through a year of college ball IS more NBA ready than Bron. All depends on who you listen to.
