Ken Johnson and George Williams were cut. No surprise! I think that Chris Jefferies should have been cut as well. The fact that Stanley Roberts is still on the roster is a joke. The Raps should sign Canadian Carl English who was released by the Pacers. English is determined to play in the NBA and was not given much of an opportunity with the Pacers, besides we could use another perimeter threat and player with a great work ethtic.
The guy they should sign was the star on their Olympic team. I can't remember his name at the moment, but he's a great player and would be an instant fan favorite. He would bring instant energy from the bench to match JYD's presence in the game.

Without Stanley Roberts the Raptors dont have a 7 footer. He is a good player when he is in shape. Im glad to see he will be on the team. English did get an oppertunity and he stunk. Good luck English in Europe. We should of signed Rowen Barrett.
yah ... as much as I like Rowen Barret .. he can't fit on our roster !! .. tha guy is a perimeter scorer and his D ain't that good .. so .. we just don't need him .. wish him luck along with English

Cut Jeffries? LOL He is one year removed from his rookie season. Give him a break. Plus, cutting him has no benefit for the team financially. He still counts towards their cap until the end of his contract. You may as well keep him and hope he develops. You dont just simply cut 1st rounders after their rookie year.
