Raptors21, did I ever say that the Spartans were all good players? No, I didn't.

Susnfan, I just don't think Brown is better than any of the people on my list.

He is just as good as Horton, whom many people have in their top five it seems.

EDIT : Dee Brown and Anthony Roberson are top 15 PGs. They both play for real good teams, in great conferences. They put up very good numbers for a freshman or not.

I don't know how I had Jarrett Jack over Brown and Roberson....?

Okay, there is no way around it. I'll admit that I forgot Brown and Roberson. Here is my revised list. Opinions?

    1.Raymond Felton - North Carolina
    2.Jameer Nelson - Saint Joseph's
    3.Pierre Pierce - Iowa
    4.Daniel Horton - Michigan
    5.Dee Brown - Illinois
    ------------------------------------------------------
    6.Chris Thomas - Notre Dame
    7.Luis Flores - Manhattan
    8.Chris Duhon - Duke
    9.Aaron Miles - Kansas
    10.Anthony Roberson - Florida
    11.Jarrett Jack - Georgia Tech
    12.Gerry McNamara - Syracuse
    13.Chris Hill - Michigan State
    14.Devin Harris - Wisconsin
    15.Mike Helms - Oakland (Michigan)

I think it is a good list. I think Horton is a better player than Pierre Pierce though.

    Here is my list :

    1. Raymond Felton - North Carolina
    2. Jameer Nelson - Saint Joseph's
    3. Daniel Horton - Michigan
    4. Chris Thomas - Notre Dame
    5. Luis Flores - Manhattan

    6. Pierre Pierce - Iowa
    7. Chris Duhon - Duke
    8. Dee Brown - Illinios
    9. Chris Hill - Michigan State
    10. Anthony Roberson - Florida
    11. Aaron Miles - Kansas
    12. Gerry McNamara - Syracuse
    13. Mike Helms - Oakland
    14. Devin Harris - Wisconsin
    15. Jarrett Jack - Georgia Tech

Helms is really just a scorer, in a small conference. And isn't a true PG. He turns over the ball alot.

Right now, I would take Chris Thomas over Dee Brown also.

Thats probably because after Jay Williams, Mike Dunleavy and Carlos Boozer left, Chris Duhon was going to be the man, and put up huge numbers and carry the team. But he didn't. He seems to do the same thing every year. 9 ppg, 4 apg and things, but he really hasn't had a breakout year.

In his freshman year, you were like wow, this kid is good, he is a freshman too, so he will be really good in a few years. And last year he came in as one of the best PGs but never really did anything to warrant that.

Duhon will put up TJ Ford numbers maybe slightly less. I predict 11 or 12ppg 6 or 7 apg.

TJ Ford numbers this last year - 15 ppg, 7 apg, 4 rpg, 2 spg and led Texas to a final four

Chris Duhon : So those numbers really aren't that big of a difference from his 9 ppg, 6 apg season that he has seemed to have for the last 3 seasons. He needs to put up like 14 ppg, and 7 apg and Duke have a good year, and he isn't a lottery pick.

Duhon will lead the NCAA in assists next year, that my prediction, he isnt the best scoring PG but has great D and can pass well

I highly doubt it. Marques Green is the frontrunner for assists leader in my mind. He averaged an even eight assists per game last season.

    9.C.Duhon
    10.L.Flores

That is a nice list, although I wouldn't call Moore and Gordon Point Guards.

Yeah, Moore is more of a swingman at 6-6 and his scoring ability.

Gerry McNamara is the #4 PG? Maybe as a senior but not now. He is a good shooter, and he played on a great offensive team. He was probably the 3rd option for them behind Carmelo and Hakim.

Someone I forgot to add to my list completely, Andre Barrett. He may not be a great NBA prospect, but he is a great college player. Look at his numbers from last year...

17 ppg, 5 apg, 4 rpg, 1.5 spg, in the Big East, and should have been they should have been a tourney team...

    1. Raymond Felton - North Carolina
    2. Jameer Nelson - Saint Joseph's
    3. Daniel Horton - Michigan
    4. Chris Thomas - Notre Dame
    5. Luis Flores - Manhattan

    6. Pierre Pierce - Iowa
    7. Chris Duhon - Duke
    8. Dee Brown - Illinios
    9. Chris Hill - Michigan State
    10. Andre Barrett - Seton Hall
    11. Anthony Roberson - Florida
    12. Aaron Miles - Kansas
    13. Gerry McNamara - Syracuse
    14. Mike Helms - Oakland
    15. Devin Harris - Wisconsin
