Stat Of The Night.... Chauncey Billups and Rip Hamilton combined for 51 points of the teams 105, and Mehmet Okur and Ben Wallace teamed up for 33 boards along with 9 blocks in the 105-99 win over the Bucks Okur got 18 rebounds off the bench Any other stats that caught your attention tonight?
-Ricky Davis was one point away from a triple double. I find that amusing. -Kirk Hinrich had 6 assists and 6 fouls in his rookie debut. -Allen Iverson was two steals away from a triple double.
The Raptors 4 point 2nd quarter. Kobe only scoring 11 after back to back 30 pt games. TMac only scoring 4 pts.
Diop, 5 blocks in about 25 minutes. 21 year old is finally starting to come around, even showed off a mid range jump shot.
Flip Murray in general. Everyone wrote us off with ray Allen's injury, but this kid is putting up Ray-like numbers.
Umm, I'm sorry, but, you realize who the Sonics have beat right? Ok, the Blazers, I'll give you that as a quality win, but, the other 2 were the Clippers. I just can't say the Sonics are a good team yet. Not until they prove themselves. And beating the Clippers doesn't prove anything to me with the exception that the Clippers suck.

Must you nitpick everything? Because we can do the very same with the Lakers, but we don't have that much time on our hands. Just lookin' out for my boy.
Was very impressed by Murray's play last night..This kid can play Not only can he score but he has very good passing skills and he can crash the boards. He really did embarrass the Blazers last night with his smooth game. Moo2K4 here a saying that is used alot in basketball "You can only beat who is put in front of you" and thats exactly what the Sonics have done...Rashard Lewis is also playing good basketball...He looks to be the guy everyone thought he can be...an all-star.He has great size, can attack, rebound and nail the three..He does everything a team needs from their SF. I thought without Ray Allen for 6-8 weeks the Sonics might struggle a little bit..but If Murray keeps up his great play they will make a good run at the playoffs and replace Portland.

I'm just sayin, all you people are so hyped up about them right now, and I'm just sayin that they've beat the Clippers. Not much of an accomplishment. But, if Rashard Lewis and co. continue to play like this while Ray Allen is gone, I don't know. I think I just need to see them continue to play well before I'm set on them. And that's the same with every team. Just like the Hornets and Floyd. I want to see how they continue to play for now before I'm set on thinking Floyd is a good coach and that the Hornets are eastern contenders. I'm just the kinda guy who won't believe the hype or anything til I'm given some damn good reason to. So, if Seattle continues to play well, I'll believe that they could be a contender. That's all I'm trying to say.
Jalen Rose waking up and has 15 points at halftime. 13 in the 2nd quarter. And, not too mention, Bulls up on the Hornets by 1, 54-53.
I know, i know, not for long though............another stat, 5 steals for Diddy at end of half, i say he goes for 10.
Actually, I'm hoping for long. I've been a Bulls fan since mid-90s when I started to watch basketball. So, yea, I wanna see them knock off the Hornets.
Juwan Howard, 63% from the floor with 2:00 left in the first half. Nice to see the big man finally getting his shot back on track after starting the season shooting 35% through the first 6 games. (29-82) This is significant because perhaps now the Magic have that "second option" they've been looking for.
Also, upon a second look at the box score, not so coincidently, Drew Gooden is struggling tonight, 0-4 from the floor with two points. These two are really having problems coexisting.

Yea, Hinrich has turned it over what, 7 times? I dunno, a lot. But, the only reason why Chicago is up right now, 67% from the floor. And it's almost the end of the 3rd. That's amazing. 35/53, wow.
Cavs beat Wizards 111/98 James had 17 points, 9 assists, and 8 rebounds. Davis had 26 points, 8 rebounds, and 5 assists. Miles tied a career high with 26 points, had 7 assists, and 6 rebounds as well. Boozer had 19 points, 8 rebounds, and 5 assists. Amazing all around numbers, Diop was our 4th quarter man again, came in blocking everybody and grabbing big boards when we needed them. Watch the Arenas/Jordan situation, Gilbert was benched for the entire 3rd quarter, and not because he was injured.
