Hayes has been pretty darn good and i agree with allnet that he is a Darkhorse for ROY...i get the pleasures of watching him night in and night out but his numbers will drop once craphouse comes back

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Wave:</div><div class="quote_post">Could someone fill me in on David West? Is he injured? I was extremely impressed with his preseason play and I think he will develope into one of the league's brightest starters in the future.</div>

David West isn't injured, he's coming off the bench and playing some minutes. Not putting up big numbers, but not doing anything to hurt the team either.
O yea, and the hornets are having him guard some small forwards because they want him to play there in the future..

My bad, I was sure I heard he was on the IL but obviously not. Looking at his size he's about the same as Mash, if he's anywhere near as versatile/agile they'll have a real find there.

Hayes is easily the best shooter here, the guy just does not even hesitate as LeBron and Melo do from time to time. But look at the rest, inconsistent shooting is part of being a rookie, they have plenty of time to learn. James has the edge right now with the best all around numbers that are just mind boggling. Melo's scoring average looks like it could be raising big time here, but he really needs to work on his all around game, he will see a lot of double teams, so he will have to distribute the ball a lot better.

How spoiled have we been from these last 2 rookie classes eh? I am actually looking forward to the rookie game, though James and Ming probably won't participate.

Whoa... Looks like Lebron's gonna have a triple-double in the near future.
