jyd steppin into the starting role and sitting 4th in the L in boards a game? antonio steppin back into the middle and playin solid against centers and snatchin just over 11 boards a game? bosh maturing on the court and droppin jumpers? palacio just playing solid ball? im really impressed with palacio. i was really hangin my head about that signing and called him garbage, but hes made me eat my words...hes really played solid, shooting well, not turning the ball over and droppin some nice dimes. i really like his game, hes fit in well. big up palacio
Can I just say "yes" to all of the above? I think that there have been many things to be happy about so far. JYD is the most pleasant surprise for me although I felt that under KO someone would step-up and play hard under the basket andso wasn't really shocked. Still word was that Ko didn't like the Dog I guess that changed.
I think Palacio shouldn't even be on that list, hes terrible and he takes a lot of shots that he should make, but he doesn't, I like his penetration, but he really needs some serious work on his WIDE open jumper. Definitley JYD, I don't think any Raptor fans should say Vince, because hes playing like we should expect him to play. I chose JYDs efforts because I love his hustle, every single game he puts in tons of effort and I really like it. He really helps our team on the glass. He went from on the trading block to being on of the top rebounders in the league so far. He kinda reminds me of Ray Lewis of the NFL, every game he brings all the energy hes got and plays with everything hes got.

I havent had time to watch enough basketball games. or even check up ...but from waht i have seen Palacio has been helping(not in shots though), and the Game I saw...only the seocond one this season JYD hustled. and put his good efforts in. VC is playing like he shoulda for 2 straight seasons. Its Great
I think JYD is the most pleasant surprise so far this season. Although for a 6'10 rookie, I'm extremely surprised with Bosh and his outside game. I know he doesn't get many shots, but the 10-15 foot jumpers that are putting the raps up to win games is amazing. AD is not playing the way he should. You say we can't mention Carter because he's playing the way he should, well AD is in the same boat. In fact AD should be getting a double double everygame. That's was he is supposed to do. He may be doing in on the boards, but not on the points side. It's no wonder Carter needs 34 points a game for the raps to get over 80 pts in a game. PS: I would still love to see the Jamison for Davis trade!

This thread should be locked. Go to the stats page and then check out who is second in the league in points (at the time I am writing this). That's the only answer. Everybody else is basically garbage. Zero offense.
