What's missing the presence of which will make a difference? When I say, "what?s missing?" I don?t mean what?s wrong (although that might be a place to start or to look). I?m looking for that thing, element, or ingredient, which will make this situation better. This is the place to talk about possible trades, need for more rebounding, different coaching philosophies and the like. Anything you want to write involving the Raptors and possible ways to improve the team go here. What do you think is missing that would make a difference for the Raptors?
Basically what you need is A "good 2nd scorer" right now you don't have that.VC can only do so much on his own...
Who? Do you think that anyone on the team can fill that role? Feel free to suggest trades. This is the place to do it.
well, lammond murray was supposed to fill that role, and so far hes doing a pretty crappy job at it. we are missing alvin's reliability too...hes always been good for 12-15 points a game, clutch shooting and bailing the team out of broken plays...hes hurting right now, and its really affecting the rest of the team. trades arent such a good idea, because we have nothing to offer...lammond's stock is way down, bradley is hurt, we just signed moiso...maybe mo pete and eric montross' contract could get us someone...we dont really have much to trade

Indiana's not using either player... and it would let us keep AD who is still great to have around. I like the idea. Pollard's a bit of a freak but we seem to like strange characters in Canada.

the rasheed/bonzi trade would NEVER happen...im surprised to read it was even close to happening, its a huge rip off for portland, and would prolly put them in the lottery tinsley and pollard for alvin and mo pete? hmmm...like allnet said, they all stinkin up the court these days...i like alvin when hes healthy...tinsley cant shoot even when he is healthy...pollard has the same game as jyd, cept not as good. hed prolly contribute more then mo pete is these days.

They need a PG who can fill in for Alvin because hes hurt and struggling, and we need a consistent 2nd scorer, who can actually hit open jumpers and doesnt' force up shots.
Well I doubt GG will do anything about it, the only excuse is "it takes time". There aren't many solid players on the market so really I think they're stuck with the players they have now.
Raptors need a 2nd scorer to help out Vince..So why not try and trade for VC's long time buddy.. Antawn Jamison while adding in say Tony Delk for Antonio Davis,Alvin Williams and Mo Pete
when Lamond Murray's shots start falling in .. which I hope they do soon .. and when we get our real alvin back .. everything will be good .. imagine .. Alvin's 14 PPG + Lamond's 15 ppg .. + how much Vince makes ... we're gonna have a very good offence .. It'll just take time .. and GG knows it .. so Raptor fans .. we have to be a bit patient
Patient for how long? Does anyone know if Alvin or Lamond will actually recover? And what about a Center? Can this team do anything with AD maning the 5?
