Well it seems this whole keenan mccardell saga has gotten ugly. At the time i was pissed we took clayton but as i look at it now, im glad we did take him. I cant get over keenan tho. The man still has 2 years left on his contract and he wants to be paid a number 1 salery at the age of 34. Tampa said they will not budge, but with our current injurys to jj and charles lee what will happen?

Bruce allen our gm, cleared the way that keenan's cap is already accounted for this year and it will not effect our team which makes it hard for us to release him. Do we trade him?

Miami,kc and baltimore seem to be some teams in need of keenan mccardell. At this point i think we should move him for a mid rd pick. Rumors are the bears are interested in keenan as well. Best fit imo would be miami. Chambers and mccardell would be a nice combo.

McCardell thinks way too highly of himself. I don't blame the Bucs for not budging on this. I don't think he'd be a starter on half the teams in the NFL right now.

The buccaneers and mccardell are screwed by situation. Mccardell is not going to get what he wants. NO WAY he is in a hopeless holdout(ask eric rhett) The bucs will not be able to trade him for value is because of the holdout. Any team trading for him has to give him contract which is to big for his talent level and age. Mccardell will be back in week 10 at latest to get service year, and bucs will be hopelessly out of playoffs with simms starting

lol i agree with everything you said bears up to simms as our starter and us missing the playoffs. By the way your pick the panthers lost another o lineman. meadows retired. We all know what a questionble offensive line does.

I just think that gruden will let simms get some work if the season is in the toilet and with tampas horrible line, lack of recievers and super old defense they are bound to be bad.

Old defense our defense averages out to be 27 years of age.

Elis wyms, dewayne white and jermaine phillips comes in place of sapp, spires and lynch. Whom i told ya lynch's neck was a problem look at him now in denver camp. Already concern by shanahan with johns neck. I look at over our roster to others and its about the same as everyone elses. I think you mean the offense is old bears.

yes you replaced older better players with younger sucky players. The good players on your defense are old. Brooks, rice, barber, etc. The offense is prehistoric, it should be in a museum.

lol, if you say so.. meanwhile those sucky younger players are the reason why them big names arent here. Dewayne white, elis wyms are gonna dominate qbs. We cant wait to show the world. As our coaches keep saying this is probably the best and fastest defense we have ever had. The doubters will see and it starts with the skins in week 1.
