Sprewell/Cassell/KG combine for 54.0pts/20.3rebs/15.5ast per game How could anybody forget them yet he managed to come up with groups that arent even close to trios Arenas/Jarvis Hayes/Larry Hughes. And Curry/Chandler/Crawford(is it me but these arent even the bulls top 3 players I mean when Pippen is playing so far this season thats the only time the bulls win. And Jalen Rose is there best player as of right now). The worse group that listed as a trio is T-mac/Lue/Gooden(your not a trio if one player takes 2 times as many shots as any other player thats apart of the team). Quick History lession on what trios are
Bird/MChale/Parish & Magic/Kareem/Worthy those are trios and to a lesser extent former G-state Hardaway/Richmond/Mullen & bucks former big 3 Cassell/Allen/big dog. A trio must consist of three All-star (or extremely close to being an all-star)type of players.

Yea, I completely neglected Spree/KG/Cassell. Oh well. But, btw, it could go more of a foursome, just like LA.

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting obie1124:</div><div class="quote_post">okay, I thought that this would be a good topic to discuss. We all know that all teams have a good go to guy, but most teams have at least three players that can handle the rock. Here are some right here.

    Dirk/Nash/Finley
    Kidd/Martin/Jefferson
    Shaq/Malone/Payton
    Parker/Duncan/Ginobli
    McGrady/Lue/Gooden
    Bibby/Webber/Peja
    Marbury/Marion/Stodimire
    Van Axel/Dunleavy/Richardson
    Francis/Mobley/Ming
    Crawford/Chandler/Curry
    Arenas/Hayes/ Huges
    LeBron/Davis/Miles
    Carmelo/Miller/Camby(Boykins)

    Pierce/LaFrentz/Baker
    Wells/Wallace/Randolph

I can't think of anymore off the top of my head but which trio do you think is the best?</div>

I dont think they belong on their they really havent accomplished ne thing...carmelo and bron r rookies...Baker is playing good now but u dont know if he will break down...Mcgrady isnt playing all that great...Lue is new...Gooden isnytt playing well either....i would go with KG/Spree/Cassell or Kobe/Shaq/Malone(playing better than payton imo)

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting notMuchgame:</div><div class="quote_post">Surely, Kobe shouldn't be the one bumped out in order to make a trio. It has to either be malone or payton. Also, denver has a list of four.

Anyways, you cant really argue against the lakers (whichever names u decide to stick there)</div>
Yeah. Payton is playing great, as always. :bigthumbu

Since so many people are posting nonsense I'm gonna go with Harpring/Aroyo/Kirilenko

You know, the original person who started this thread included Webber/Bibby/Peja. Well, how about Jackson/Peja/Bibby. Cause, Bobby Jackson, again, having a pretty good year. Yea, I know he's coming off the bench, but, who cares. That's just my opinion though.

I think through smart play, team chemistry, and a full healthy season, Bibby, Peja, and Cwebb could take on any trio in the league today.

How can you say he's playing bad? He's averaging 14.5 ppg, 6.4 apg, and getting 4.2 rpg. He's also shooting 46% from the floor. How is this at all bad? So what, his averages are down, but, that's expected with 3 other people getting the ball. In my opinion, he's doing exactly what the Lakers wanted him to do. He's distributing the ball and he's getting his points. I think he's doing just fine right now.

what the heck?!!! Where did I say he's playing bad? I was just asking B-Ball215 if that was sarcasm because he had that thumbs up thing. Usually, when people say something and put their thumbs up, they are being sarcastic.

And no, i dont think Payton is playing bad. Nonetheless, he's not playing great either. His numbers are fine but he hasn't fit into the offense as well as malone has so far. Most of his points are outside the triangle..

Next time, watch what kind of words you stick in other people's mouths (or text in this case.) [IMG]

Yea, sorry bout that. Cause, when you said I hope it was sarcasm, I must've assumed that you thought he was playing bad this year. Cause, the guy said that Payton was playing good and than you replied with that. So, in essence, made me think the wrong thing. Again, sorry.

garnett/sprewell/ cassell, or when wally comes back. garnett/sprewell/sczerbiak

garnett makes the whole team better, sprewell can creat off the dribble, wally will benefit from both
