Game Outlook
Both teams come into tonight game needing a win. Golden State is on a three game losing streak and Houston wants to get another victory before heading off on a 5 game road trip. The Rockets tonight will have their hands full with a completely revamped Golden State Team. The key match-up tonight will be between Erick Dampier and Yao Ming. Dampier is playing great right now and is finally on the verge of having his breakout season. He is an absolute beast on the glass and has the size and strength to give Yao fits. Yao's reaction to the physical play of Dampier will be key tonight. Another interesting match up will be Clifford Robinson against Kelvin Cato. Robinson likes to hang out around the perimeter quite a bit which is something Cato isn't use to dealing with. Look for Cuttino Mobley to have a huge night tonight. He has averaged 23.6 points against Jason Richardson and the Warriors over the past two seasons.

This should be a good game. I'll give the advantage to the Rockets. The Warriors have yet to win a game on the road, no way they get into the playoffs struggling like this on the road. I see Francis having a monster game exposing NVE's sore knee. Should be a fun one to watch.

The Rockets win a CLOSE win tonight. Very close, good ball game. The Warriors missed many key FT's in this one and Mobley hit a huge 3 down the stretch. Warriors had 2 chances to tie/win the game but failed both times. Rockets win by 2.

Very nice game from the sound of it. Unfortunately I wasnt able to actually watch the game.

Here were the big players in the game:

Warriors
Nick Van Exel - DNP
Clifford Robinson had 23 points
Erick Dampier had 15 points, 12 boards.
Jason Richardon and Speedy Claxon both had 10 points.

Rockets
Steve Francis - 23 points
Yao Ming - 23 points, 11 boards
Jim Jackson had 11 ponts

Both teams had a horrible night on the foul line. The Warriors shot 12-20(60%) while the Rockets shot 9-16(56.3%) Other key stat was 3 point shooting. The Warriors shot 3-17(17.6%) while the Rockets shot a remarkable 8-15(53.3%)

Dampier missed two free throws with 18 secs left that could have given the warriors the lead. They have also shot horrible from beyond the arc, a big reason is probably due to NVE's injuries.
