madden 2005 is out

I stood in line for 2 hours today and i got it finally. Get back to ya on how good it is.

i can't believe its out Ididn't think it was coming out till thursday.....bastards. I'll be getting it tonight!

 

i just saw a commercial for it....iot looks great... but i dont like the ray lewis draggin the first down line back to 10 yards.... thought that was kinda corny

 

I just picked it up on lunch.....now to begin counting seconds till I get home.

 

i still rather play the ESPN's

i hope this years madden is a challenge

 

I also thought it was coming out thursday, and I'm now gathering my stuff together and heading to the Mall! Cant wait to see it.

I got it this morning. It's very cool. Very similar to the last version in game play but smoother. I like the animation better and the hit stick is really cool. Just don't miss! Madden heckles you if you miss a big hit. I don't think I'll have much to say about the new features until I play a season, but they seem very cool. The local & nation newspapers are pretty realistic and they have position battles in the preseason which is also cool. So far, so good. I'll post again later today...

 

Sf, the emails and the callers talking to bruno on the espn live radio is creative. This year's madden you can do so many things on defense with the audibles to the playmaker moves. The hit stick is a cool feature also. So far i like it over espn but i was impressed with espn's for 20 dollar price. Madden is worth buying for sure.

 

Ya I got to play some last night and its definitely better than ESPN on a gameplay level and the articles they had for the local papers to start the season where portions of real articles...after that they started making them up but its definitely cool. I can't wait to play the full season and see how everything is.

 

Picked it up today. I will report back after playing a few games. I may autoskip to try out the off-season stuff and then re-start my franchise. So far the radio show has just consisted of call-in trivia.

buying video games over anything musical is a crime. I love madden to death, but music comes before anything.

 

Madden (insert year here) is the ruler of the unvierse....at least my little universe.

 

This really stinks for us PCers having to listen to you guys rant and rave and we have to wait an extra few weeks for our version. Ugh!

 

I think i can drop 50 bones today, i'll have to check it out. Anybody played NCAA 2005. Now that's a game. You know i have'nt even talked shit once about my Tigers. Go LSU.

 

I really like NCAA 2005. I started with Ohio and man that was tough. I went 1-11 the first season. By my 4th season I was 12-0 and won the Championship and was invited into the Big East. Great game, I think I like the gameplay better than Madden. But since I'm a huge fan of the NFL, I still love Madden. It's definitely a very good game.
