Skiles, 39, was 116-79 as coach of the Suns from 1999-01, and was 5-8 in the playoffs. But there reportedly was friction between him and his players, and he stepped down in February 2002. He hasn't coached since.

He's a stickler for accuracy, very hard taskmaster. There are a few whispers around that some Chicago players aren't Skiles fans, but he's the man to get that team in line. That is if the players respond to him.

ATTENTION BULLS FANS!

Don't be surprised if you see any of the following names on your regular season or summer league roster in the near future -

A.J. Granger
Marcus Taylor
Mateen Cleaves
Charlie Bell

Scott Skiles will likely give all of the names above a shot to be a Bull. He pretty much did the same with the Suns. He likes Michigan State players since he is a Michigan State graduate. I remember seeing A.J. Granger and Charlie Bell on the Suns roster once. It was quite comical. Anyway, that's off topic. My apologizes, Skiles is a great addition.

I personally like Mateen Cleaves, so I wouldn't mind it.

Me too, he'd be a pretty decent pick-up (i think, he has potential just never got the chance to prove himself) Or he could be a complete bust. I just dont know

Whether they like him or not shouldn't matter. Our players shouldn't let that get in the way of doing their job.
