Always depend on S.I. for horrible NCAA coverage... Last years tourny predictions were already bad enough, but S.I. seems to have gotten worse with their rankings this season. Actually the only glaring problem is Gonzaga at three. Three? One would have a helluva time arguing them just for the top ten. Another big problem is Florida at five, especiall since they have Kansas all the way down at ten. Texas at fourteen really is a joke to me since they should be top ten easy. They then proceed to put Arizona State, N.C. State, and LSU in the top twenty-five over the likes of Wake Forest, Pitt, Marquette, and Xavier (who I think is underrated by a lot of people).
Gonzaga has a lot of talent and I see them going to the Elite Eight if not the Final Four. Stepp, Turiaf, and Violette are all future NBA'ers. But none-the-less the Zags are not a #3 team. I would definetley put Duke, Kansas and possibly Arizona ahead of them. I wouldn't agree that they aren't Top 10 material though.
