Last night was Hardwood Classics night in LA, but still the Clips fell to the Nets 96-102. NJ:102 LA:96 Team Leaders Clippers PTS: Magette 20 REB: Wilcox 10 AST: Jaric/Dooling 4 Nets PTS: Kittles 22 REB: Jefferson/Martin 8 AST: Kidd 10 Looks like a bad passing game for LA. They came pretty close though, especially from Magette's scoring. Thoughts? Comments?
Magette was cold from the feild...most his pts came from the line....WILCOX played very well, i hope he isnt on the trading block...Q rich's ankle looked good
Always great to see Q-Rich healthy. He is a key player to more wins for LAC. Nets are on the roll...it's just unlucky for the Clippers to be on the Nets' way... however, nasty dunk by wilcox over KMart...
Yes saw that on highlights. This former Terp is really gonna show something this year. I forgot completely about him and only rememberd of Juan Dixon (WAS) and Lonny Baxter (CHI)
Wilcox is my favorite out of the 4 that came out of Maryland...him, dixon, blake, and baxter...i want him to be a force in the league he showed a really nice fad-a-way jumper on his first bucket
Oh yeah, Blake came this year, forgot about him. I always like Juan the most of the 4. Blake never impressed me. Also Lonny Baxter is starting to look pretty decent in Chicago..ah off topic, back to the Clippers game discussion.
i think the clips deserved that game i think they played harder than the nets thjey just got the short end of the stick...i think next year will be Wilcox's big breakout year...Magette and Q rich will be allstars in 1-2 years
Most definantly they will be all-stars. Im looking at Q has more of a chance. They just need a better team to make Q and Corey look better. Then the votes will be pouring in.
i think the clips have a bright future if they sign someone and keep their FA....Brand, Q, and Maggette just need one more player to step up(wilcox) or someone added to their team then i think they will be pretty good
Well IMO, if Darius was still here in LA, he would be a major scorer to the team. He just plays better with Q. I think if there was a new addition that would help the team, it would have to be definantly an attacking solid PG. Someone like Baron or Francis. Someone who can score and pass just as well. Jaric, well this guy may get better, but we need a more expierienced point who can lead the team to victories.
