Magic narrowly lost to the Raptors last night 87-86. Carter hit a fadeaway with 12 seconds remaining to sink the Magic.

    Mcgrady - 31 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists.
    Carter - 20 points , 6 rebounds, 8 assists.

Howard notched up 20 points and 11 rebounds.

So now Orlando are 1 for 15 and I find myself asking the question, when will we start winning again??

Probably not for awhile. We will likely break the franchise record for most consecutive losses. We have an extremely tough schedule coming up now, so it's not going to get any easier.

"We were down the whole game and you make a miraculous comeback in the fourth quarter, playing so well, scrambling, just going all out and you give yourself a chance to win the ball game and No. 15 (Carter) just ruins your chances," said McGrady.

    that says it all !

I know they are hurting losing by 1. I'd rather lose by 50 then 1 maybe we'll do better next game.

Because Tmac passed it out to him instead of shooting himself.

Tmac was triple covered and Tyronn Lue was open. What would you have done?

Rather lose by 50? Who do you think you are, the Raptors?

    Close is better, trust me.

King James you need to stop making fun of the Raptors. We Never Lost by 50. We are now 8-8 because we only had 9 players and Vince was hurt. What are the Cavs 5-11?

Well, the Raptors are the lowest scoring team in the NBA. They have had 3 games when they scored in the 60s. This would be why he's making fun of them. But, they should be doing a little better once Jalen comes over.

King James, honestly I'd rather lose by 10 now for the Magic then 1. They've had at least 5 or 6 games in which they had the last shot going that could win the game or take it to OT, they've made one. That's when they always choke. I'd rather not watch them choke.

But I honestly think that he was expecting a return pass. He was well covered so he passed it but then Lue took a couple of steps and took a shot with lots of time left on the clock. T-Mac was hot. Lue is the PG and he should've recognized that. Frankly, T-Mac could've won that game. He was sinking shot after shot in the fourth and forcing turnovers after turnovers from VC. VC had the last laugh. That was a tough shot that he took.

Nonsense, that is just the biased fan speaking. These kind of losses will help the team play harder, because they know they are close to winning some ball games.

    Heartbreaking? Yes. Procuctive? Certainly.

Honestly, the Magic are a couple of shots from being a couple of games out of 1st place. They've lost at least 4 or 5 games by missing a last shot to win or send the game to OT.

Hey sportsrock. Can you please update me who took those 4 or 5 shots? I'm not sure if all of it was taken by TMAc except the Raptors game.

All different people. I think Lue took 2(counting the raptor game). Derrick Dial took 1 with 2 secs left, but luckily we got the ball back on a Tmac steal. Tmac has taken 2 or 3. Giricek took 1 I think.

Honestly I can't remember who took the shots. I know Lue and Dial and Tmac shot at least 4 of them, maybe more.

Sadly I don't think they'll be winning any time soon. Their next two games are against the Hornets (one road, one home), then the Spurs, Mavs, then Phoenix.....

TMac should be taking those last second shots. If his teammates can't give him the ball during the last play, a better play should be done by the coach.

That sucks! Lue had that open shoot but it just dint fall! I think Tmac could of took Howard (I think he was guarding him!) to the lane and dish it off or dunk it!

Yep, I agree. If the Magic can't beat the Hornets in 1 of the 2 games, then they'll likely be 1-20 or worse.

I think Tmac coulda dunked it also. He needs to be more SELFISH, he was on fire, 18 4th quarter points, why not shoot the ball, even if you are tripled team, I'd much rather you shoot than anyone else. I have no confidence in anyone's late game shots, other than tmac. (except maybe giricek)
