<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Moo2K4:</div><div class="quote_post">See, that's a crap statement there. He does have good players on his team. Juwan Howard is a very good player. Drew Gooden is an excellent young player, and so is Tyronn Lue. They're just having problems putting it all together right now. They rely on Tracy way too much.</div> Um the magic have more guys scoring double figures than a lot of other teams, ( celtics jazz 76ers raptors nuggets) And they still cant win.. You cant say he doesnt have help, becuz thats crap, tracy doesnt play with any intensity, check all of his #'s and see if their down from last year??
i know i know..i just felt like saying something.. anyway... he is getting help but he is not getting ENOUGH HELP. 14.3 ppg is decent at best for ur second scorer, and when you see a 1-15 record you cant help but think where are T-Mac's teammates. remember, i said HALF. that is 4 out of 12 Even if he is not "playing with intensity", he is still putting up all-star numbers, not last year's numbers, but better numbers than 90% of the NBA. Look at the griz. Pau (highest scoreer on the team) is averaging 18 - battier 10 - jason williams 11 - mike miller 13. anyway, the griz are getting the job done without a 20 ppg scorer. why cant the magic do this with a player who is well over 20 a game?
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting grizzoistight:</div><div class="quote_post">Um the magic have more guys scoring double figures than a lot of other teams, ( celtics jazz 76ers raptors nuggets) And they still cant win.. The Magic, just because the Magic are getting people in double figures, that means nothing. What matters is how your team plays, not individuals. And this team is not playing good. TMac, who cares if his numbers are down. Lets see you average 32 ppg and repeat that again. It probably wouldn't be easy. So, I don't think you can knock on TMac for that. That man is doing all he can for this team to win, but, they fall apart in the end of games and the big thing, when it counts, he's not getting the ball. For example, a couple nights ago, Tyronn Lue taking the last shot? No, shouldn't happen. But, yea, you can't simply blame the crap record on TMac. He's done all he could to win, it's just that he has to take control of a game single handedly at the end cause the rest of his team won't hit shots or do other things like that.
I really hope Zach Randolph gets into the ASG. It has been a few years since a guy in a Blazer uniform has gotten to the all-star game, and that was Rasheed in 2001 I believe. I honestly though Scottie should have gotten it last year from the coaches, how great would a Scottie vs. MJ all-star game have been. That would have been classic IMO, and I think coaches should have voted him in sheerly for that reason. Anyways ZBo is having an All-Star season thus far and it would be a shame not to see him in LA.
Everyone is making a crutch for tracy! Since when has tracy proven that hes a team guy?? Or when has tracy ever won anything?? Id rather average 20 5 5 and come through in the clutch during the playoffs when games count, then score 32 a game and play like crap in the deciding games of the postseason? Maybe thats just me
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting grizzoistight:</div><div class="quote_post">Everyone is making a crutch for tracy! Since when has tracy proven that hes a team guy?? Mcgrady been my favorite player since his before his first t-mac's. and im not letting this season make me look else where. i have hope in him and his team just let the rest of the season show it.
So this does mean that no one can bring up the cavs not winning as an excuse for Bron not to make it, good deal. I'll agree with that. :bigthumbu
Who else would be the captain?? Lue and howard are new.. gooden and gordon are second year guys if tracy was a leader he wouldnt cry about not havin help, u dont hear pierce or vince do it.. I mean the bucks have won 9 damn games.. with a lot worst talent!!!
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting grizzoistight:</div><div class="quote_post">. I mean the bucks have won 9 damn games.. with a lot worst talent!!!</div> You are so far wrong with that statement I don't know where to begin.People can down the Bucks all they like with their lack of frontcourt e.t.c but saying they lack talent is un-true.
allnet the bucks were picked to be the worst team in the east!!! Big deal they have young guys.. with a little skill, so does cleveland! Are you tellin me michael redd is a better leader than tmac? Or that Ford is already a better pg than lue??

The Jazz were picked to have the worst record in the history of the NBA. The Sonics were projected to be bottom three concerning power rankings. Clearly predictions are often inaccurate. Nobody said that Redd is a better leader than Tmac (although..... ).

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting King James:</div><div class="quote_post">Randolph is a shoe in. I would not worry about it.</div> WHo all is he gonna get in over?? Dirk? KG?? Peja?? Pau?? shaq?? Yao??

Well usually people make predictions, becuz of how much talent a team has. Thats why the lakers were picked first! The bucks dont have much talent compared to a good team, if they were in the west theyd be in last place!! At least they play teams in the east like cleveland and Orlando who are absolute jokes

OK since when has a team with a lot of young talent made the playoffs and done anything?? In the NBA you need veterans to win games, if you dont believe me then u must have missed 90% of the cavs game, where young guys like bron and ricky are making costly turnovers in crunch time to lose games. If you dont have veterans on your team, your not gonna do anything in the nba, sorry bud!

I don't see why you need to mention Lebron and Cavs in every post.Time to get back on topic and to talk about the all-star selections. Please do that.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting grizzoistight:</div><div class="quote_post">WHo all is he gonna get in over?? Dirk? KG?? Peja?? Pau?? shaq?? Yao??</div> Shaq, Yao are both listed as centres. TD and KG will be the starting West forwards, but Randolph is putting up better numbers than Dirk and Pau, and equally as good as Peja.
