TMAC and Raps take two. What would you say?

    http://www.canoe.ca/NewsStand/TorontoSun/S.../02/274249.html
"[Sources] say McGrady misses playing with Carter, misses Toronto and has become so distraught at the losing in Orlando that he would like to come back. It's believed McGrady told a member of the Raptors during Toronto's visit to Orlando last Friday that he would welcome a return."

I know this will never happen this season, but just wonder what the reaction would be by the fans of TO after McGrady already took off once. Don't get me wrong, TMAC is amazing, but I think he would have to work hard to get back on the fans good side. TMAC is realizing what it's like to go from a kid to a man. All of a sudden HUGE contracts aren't as important as winning.(Easy to say I guess once you've already made your fortune)

bah! screw it...bosh is going to develop into a legitimate scorer and inside presence. i see bosh dropping 20/10 a game in a couple years...id much rather have vince and a solid big man, then two of the same player. we've seen that a good big man, and a good guard is a better winning formula...t-mac is too much of a head case and a baby anymore. if jalen is a good fit, then bosh/VC/jalen will be a deadly trio for years to come

    Raptors Interested in Hill

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Glen Grunwald's search for a veteran big man to clog the lane, eat some minutes and block some shots may lead to a signing rather than a trade.

Two Raptors sources confirmed last night the team has serious interest in adding Tyrone Hill to fill out a small frontcourt lineup.

Hill, 35, was waived last week by the Miami Heat. In just five games with the Heat this season, Hill averaged only 7.6 minutes, 1.8 points and 1.6 rebounds per game.

But the 6-foot-9, 250-pound power forward would seem to be a natural fit for the Raptors, who expressed interest in him before he went to Miami.

The one-time nemesis of ex-Raptor Charles Oakley would give coach Kevin O'Neill a shot-blocking rebounder in the middle who would be the fourth man in a big-man rotation that includes Chris Bosh, Donyell Marshall and Lonny Baxter right now with Jerome Moiso getting some minutes.

Financially, Hill would come at little cost. Under a provision of the league's collective bargaining agreement that is meant to keep veterans such as him employed, the league would pick up a good portion of his $1.1 million salary ? just as it is paying for some of Rick Brunson's one-year deal.

Hill, who had several run-ins with Oakley during the Philadelphia-Toronto rivalry of the 2000-01 season, is in his 15th NBA season. He fell quickly out of favour in Miami and was also hurt after picking up a concussion in a collision with Washington's Jahidi White.</div>

I'm sorry but there is no way Mcgrady is coming back....people are just still stuck in the past.

I don't know man .. any big man at this time might help .. but Tyron is getting old and not that effective ..
besides .. he plays Power Forward .. and we're loaded at that position !

So, it doesnt matter, we have players that can play other positions. Bosh played Center a few games, and Hill is pretty big. he's bigger than AD

    trade

    <div class="quote_poster">Quoting Kid Canada:</div><div class="quote_post">http://hoopshype.com/rumors.htm

Roger Mason JR for Rick Brunson. I would do that.</div>

    If the Rapters are going to make another trade involving the Bulls I think they should go for Eddie Robinson. He is very talented and hasn't really played up to his potental. With a new start he might come through and become a solid player. Also the Rapters won't have to give alot up for him, he comes cheap. The Rapters could go this;

    Rapters get:
    Eddie Robinson

    Bulls get:
    Michael Curry
    Rick Brunson

This way the Rapters would get a good player for two let down players

No way I would Trade Curry. He doesnt have good numbers but he helps other players out. I dont like when he starts tho. Why would we want Eddie Robinson? He just Sucks.

No way that deal would happen anyways. Chris Jefferies and Rick Brunson hate each other, I dont think they would want to be on the same team.

I'd rather have Eddie Robinson than Roger Mason! At least Eddie has so exspierience. Mason won't even play here, at least Eddie could play so minutes and get some points.
