Which Giricek Will Show Up?

Giricek is way inconsistent. He's either on fire or stone cold. There's no in between. We desperately need his help, but we can't afford any more of his 2-13 FG type games. This is a major reason why we are losing. Tmac can't get any consistency on his role players. A different one shows up each night. Giricek is the guy that is going to need to be Tmac's consistent #2 option. He needs to step it up. Here's the last 3 games.

Did you see him last night. i think he made one in the first quater and then another in the 4th. Someone needs to step up because as we seen last night T-mac gets tired and frustrated meaning he can't do it on his own

 

He just can't get it going some times, and we need him to get it going every game. He needs to have at least 10 points on 40% shooting, pretty much every game to have a chance of winning. Someone needs to step up and take the #2 option and run with it.

Giricek is playing great lately, he's 2nd option, people dissed his defense earlier but he's playing good d now and he's guarding some toughest SG's and SF's.
He was injured and now he just started to play good.

His d improved and he's good now.

He was inconsistant but now when Magic win, Giri has a great game..
