    ESPN's Preview

This game should be a barnburner, but I have to side with Arizona. Not only do the Wildcats have the homecourt advantage, but they also have experience this year against big time teams like the University of Florida while Texas has been messing around with Wofford. Not only will that experience from earlier on this season help them, but their overall past experience will help them too. Arizona has a young team, but Texas is younger. Aside from Mouton, Texas' best players are new to the college basketball scene at Texas. The two players whom I am reffering too are P.J. Tucker, a Freshman averaging fourteen points and eight rebounds, and Edgar Moreno, a transfer who is averaging eight points and leading the team in assists as T.J. Ford's replacement. Both of these players have to step it up if Texas wants to win.

Prediction - Arizona over Texas by six or more.

Yes this should be a good game. Not a bad double header for ESPN

    Ilinois V Providence
    Arizona V Texas

I have to give the edge to Arizona.Mainly down to homecourt advantage...It's a tough place to go in and win.Looking forward to seeing P.J. Tucker play. Will also be a Good match-up at center..Channing Frye v James Thomas.

The biggest thing for Az. will be lack of depth. It is going to be hard for players like Adams, who plays with such intensity, to stay out of foul trouble. Also, here's hoping that Stoudamire will be able to pull something out of his you know where.

Half time, Az. 37 Tx. 36

Frye, Iguadalo(?) and Adams 2 fouls a piece. Stoudamire, scoreless. Here's hoping for a better 2nd half.

BTW, did anyone catch the replay of Jimmie V's 1993 Espy speech?

Iguodala had a triple double  13 points 14 rebounds and 10 assists! Texas made a run which cut the lead from 19 down to 7 but couldn't hit from outside when they had open looks.Good overall game though.Shakur is so damn quick.

I Cant beleive Arizona won because they are so undersized. I thought Texas would win but I thought wrong.
