    I know, the name is pretty bad at the moment however that will soon change. If you have any ideas as to what the name of this forum should be please PM me. (Note: The name must be original.)

    This forum was created to talk about the history of the NBA. At least once a week a site staff member will create a thread outlining a famous team, player, coach, etc. Please join in on the discussions. They have been pretty popular in the NBA forum so we decided to give them their own forum.

    As always if you have any questions or comments please feel free to PM me or any staff member.

    Hey, I just want to people that NBA.com has a great History site! Here is the link! NBA History Site You will find every thing from, Classic Uniform picutres, TO record breakers, to stats,to greatest moments and alot of classic videos of the greatest dunks etc..... Well, It is worth to take a look at it!

    Yes, this forum was created to highlight large original article type pieces that people write. It is a work in progress so we need everybody to just relax a bit. If anyone wants to cover an old school player, game, playoff series, or season, send me a email/IM/PM with the details of what you want to do. When you are done, send the piece to me in a PM, then I will post it here.

    That is what this forum was made for, to highlight these recaps.

    If you have a written piece with the quality we are looking for you can PM, KingJames or email him and it will get posted in here. Similar to how the Writing Team and JBB Exclusives work.

    So, this will essentially be an NBA only forum?

    If so, maybe a simple title like - Legends and Legacies: The history of the NBA.

    That has a nice sound to it. I also thought of JBB Flashback, Im not sure if that was posted about before, but I think it would suit it.

    OT: When the transition is made from History to another name, I think JBB should be put before it. Same with the Exclusives forum, I think it should be changed from JustBball Exclusives to JBB Eclusives, so to fit in with the rest of the Special Forums.

    Seems to me that emmebrs/mods are still having trouble understanding this forum even though I posted about the details above. Here is is again.

    Can we make requests for articles? Because I would really love to read a good one about Larry Johnson from his Charlotte Days, if anyone can fill that one it would be really great. And laso i think this idea is really great because young fans can get to know the Stars that made the NBA so famous, so again great idea waiting to read some nice stuff maybe about Larry, thanks

    Fartman, great idea! I liked it so much that I've already started. I had planned to wait until the newer version of JBB went up with a frontpage, etc, but a story on LJ can't wait. I'm about 75% done right now, should have it up soon.

    I think regular members should be allowed to post. I mean, sening a PM to a mod would be annoying if you have to do it over and over... Also, what if the Mod or Admin isn't here?
