Pippen, 38, was asked after practice Wednesday if he's considering not honoring the back end of his two-year contract with the Bulls, and he replied: "For sure. I'm questioning myself whether I can play another year, or this year. I just have to wait and see.''

good, I hope he leaves. And I hope the bulls can do away with paying him the rest of his money. It was a bad idea bringing this piece of garbage here in the first place. What has he done for us? NOTHING! Stupid move by Paxson IMO.

Maybe you just need to accept that your team isn't any good. Pippen is a good addition to any team. Veteran leadership, and solid stats for a 38 year old. As a starting pg for the Blazers, we did much better than we did with Mouse.

He's a legend, one of the 50 greatest. Don't ever call him a piece of garbage.

Pippen doesnt deserve to be called like that !!! And also when he was back nobody expected or wanted from him to do miracles, he's 38 - his presence means a lot to our youngsters and un-experienced players.

^ I agree. He was brought to the team not to score like he used to.

He played his last game as a Bull. The team that he helped build a dynasty with.

    LOL

Awww man, You're acting like you've never known this guy. Don't you remember Pip? The guy that brought six championships to your city of Chicago? And you're calling him a piece of garbage? Pippen just wanted to go back to Chi-Town and help out the "Baby Bulls" that's all. And trust me BBall Guru, without Scottie's veteran leadership, your team would be dead in the water with no hope.

Ha, you're no Guru if you're hating like that on one of the best players ever. I can't believe you call yourself a Bulls Fan with such an attitude.

Amazing. "What has he done for us?" What hasn't he done for us? Only six championships. Six division titles. 2nd alltime leading scorer in franchise history with over 15,000 points as a Bull. 2nd all time in steals, assists, minutes, games and seasons. 3rd in rebounds and blocks. You would take that comment back if you think these accomplishments mean anything at all.

Pippen leaving is very sad, and I think it truly marks the end of an era. The last of the Bulls who were on all six championship teams, and you're calling him garbage?

    I really hope you're kidding.

Man, what kind of Bulls fan critisizes a player who helped win 6 championships, and was a top 50 player. Hes done so much for this franchise its not even funny. Everyone gets old, obviously he isnt as good as he used to be, but he is still Scottie Pippen, and we owe him for that.

I agree, also his worth is not only in stats but he was one of the best defenders in the nba, so his knowledge alone is worth something right?

I became a Bull fan because of PIP when the whole world was going crazy about MJ. It would have been nice to see him win one with out Mike but then again Mike never won one with out PIP. He will be remembered.

you have the nerve to call yourself a chicago bulls fan and disrespect scottie pipien like that after all he did for your team? a top 50 player to ever play the game, who got less credit then he deserved for helping MJ bring chicago all them titles. he never won without mike but here was someone who believed so much in his game that he continiued to battle it out and try to prove himself day in and day out. number 33 better be retired when its all over or garbage will be what the bulls front office stand for.

Quotes from the past.. since some of you guys seem to have problems remembering.

"Scottie's so smooth, he plays like it's no effort at all. He is one of the NBA's most athletic players. Often, he'll grab a rebound at one end of the floor, cut through defender after defender and finish the play all by himself. He's also fearless. A defender may not give him an inch but he'll find a way to dunk over him. That's vintage Pippen.
    -Shawn Kemp

    Awesome...flawless...superstar...franchise player, enough said.
    -Karl Malone

Watching Scottie play is a good thing. I mean if you watch him that means your not blind and that's always a good thing.
    -Chris Webber

Guarding Scottie Pippen is what us small forwards like to call Mission: Impossible. If you guard him tight he's gonna break your ankles, if you guard him loose he's gonna drain 3 after 3 over you. Scottie's just got to many moves.
    -Glen Rice

Best all-around player in the game.
    -Nick Van Exel

Scottie is so tough physically and mentally. He like's to play these little mind games with you.
    -Charles Oakley

    Always a MVP contender
    -Anfernee "Penny" Hardaway

    33 for life.......
