Pop Signs An Extension

    Looks like Buford likes what he sees with Pop. By 2008 Pop will be able to fully utilize all these parts he's added to his team like Rasho, Parker and Ginobili, who will have matured. Perhaps one or more will have become an all-star by then.

    A wise decision by the Spurs management.Pop has done ALOT for the franchise.

    This is a great move by the Spurs. He is a great coach and has already proved himself in this league. These kind of coaches don't come along too often.

    As he should. He has shown a great talent not only for coaching but for evaluating other talent, using low draft picks to get potential all stars a la Jerry West.
