<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post"> After all the controversy and anticipation, Rick Brunson's return to the Bulls on Tuesday was somewhat anticlimactic. First, there were the comments from Brunson's former teammates with the Toronto Raptors, accusing him of being a negative influence. Chris Jefferies, who was part of the Bulls' six-player trade with Toronto, was the only one to go on record. The two were able to talk about it Tuesday without any altercation. In fact, Jefferies scored the game's last basket off an assist from Brunson. "I just try to keep it in-house,'' Brunson said. "I addressed it, and I'm not addressing it anymore. Keep an eye out for this in the next few weeks. What we don't need is team disunity... http://www.suntimes.com/output/bulls/cst-spt-roman17.html
who cares, as long as they play well together on the court...cuz i dont think skiles will let them fight with each other in practice , locker room, or on the bench or during games...they both know they will be outa here if skiles catching them 2 fighting...why did the bulls bring brunson in the first place anyway even with jeffries already on the team? last time i checked, both are still on the team, noone waived yet or traded...

well then get rid of these guys and get some big guys who can rebound and play some defense from NBDL or wherever...[why then did paxson and skiles bring these 2 guys in together?]

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting The Prophecy:</div><div class="quote_post">Yeah he was. <div class="quote_poster">Quoting saad:</div><div class="quote_post">lol good one basketball genius</div> Well thankyou, but i'll be humble and consider myself only a prophecy. <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">most of you guys are like 14-16 years old anyway</div> Actually, I am 19. And I don't appreciate the steriotype. And how do you think Scottie Pippen and Michael Jordan got to the Bulls? Did they just appear. No. Someone got them. Ah, yes, none other than Jerry Krause. You can't win a championship with just Jordan and Pippen. So, Krause got amazing role players and starters... Horace Grant, Tony Kucoc, Bj Armstrong, and Ron Harper to name a few. So don't say that Krause had nothing to do with winning championships, when he is the one who assembled the team. And about "breaking" up the team. He built a dynasty. Dynasties do not last forever. Players got old, retired, and wanted a new team. Jordan retired, Pippen didn't want to stay, and who else was left? No one. Harper, Kerr, everyone got old, what was he left to do? That is a really appauling statement, if you so believe it.
he brought in jordan and traded for pippen, great job, he made everyone on that team hate him, lol, harper and kukoc i believe made more than pippen, now that made sense! jordan retired and magically played again in the NBA and pippen left because of him and he too is magically back with the bulls, if it werent for krause, dont u think these 2 would have been still with the bulls all along? they could have like a 5 or 6 peat...jordan and pippen made these role players into the players they were while with the bulls and even after...they learned a lot from jordan and pippen...
Krause is a bad GM, huh? Wow. He traded for little known Scottie Pippen. Why? Because he scouted him and thought he'd become a great player. Guess what, he did. Horace Grant was a great addition in our first 3 peat. How about the trade that landed us our starting center, Bill Cartwright? How about having the forsight to draft Toni Kukoc. You do know how important he was later on, right? How about bringing in Rodman, when many viewed him as a cancer. It all started with the trade for Pippen. That was the key component. MJ needed help. And Krause was the one who got him that help. Sure, MJ was a huge part of our championship success. But without Pippen, there wouldn't be as much, if any, of those championship banners. Didn't Phil Jackson take a year off from coaching after the Bulls last 3-peat? Jordan said he wouldn't be back without Jackson. And Jackson said he needed a break.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting CourtVision:</div><div class="quote_post">Because Paxon is a bad GM</div> He drafted Hinrich. Thats a positive. He signed Pippen. That was a positive. He traded Rose. Thats a positive. Unfortunetly, Marshall was traded too.....a negative, but sometimes you have to take the good with the bad. The trade brought us veteran frontcourt players, who play defense, hustle, and rebound.....improving our porous defense. Thats a positive. He fired Bill Cartwright. Thats a positive. He hired Scott Skiles. Thats a positive. You are right.........clearly, he is a horrible GM
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting saad:</div><div class="quote_post">dont even talk about the wuss phil jackson, you talk about being overrated...</div> 6 Rings in Chicago. LA couldn't win a ring with Shq and Kobe. Phil steps in, LA wins. Waa laa.....magic. Now for my final act, i shall make you disappear.
