KG gets his first triple double of the season while beating Dallas Kevin Garnett got his first triple double of the season while leading the Timberwolves to a win over Dallas 114 to 109. Dallas was down by over 10 points until they tied the game at 84 and the game remained very close until the end of the 4th quarter when Dallas took the lead by 1 point at 100 in the final minutes. Dallas made a few crucial mistakes and let the T-wolves get 3 consecutive offensive boards in the final 2 minutes which sealed Dallas' fate. Dallas made it a 3 point game with 11 seconds left, but Nash couldn't hit the final 3 and KG got the rebound and passed it to Cassel on the fast break with less than 3 seconds to go and Cassel slapped Dallas in the face with a buzzer beating layup to end the game 114-109. The T-wolves were hitting buzzer beaters all night, very action packed game and good job KG.

My family told me to calm down! Oh man, that was a great game, and I'm so glad that we came out on top. Trent was huge, making his first start of the season. It was his aggressive rebounding that won the game for us today. He deserves the game ball in my opinion.
Good game. Even coming from a Mavs fan seeing KG get that TD got me hyped, along with that 3 at the end of the 1st. ps What in the hell was Dirk thinking running into KGs arm like that??

How about Gary Trent. He had a monsterous game especially down the stretch. When they needed a key rebound, he got it. That is by far his best game this year. KG had a really awesome game too. He has come close to getting a triple double several times, its good that he finally gets one. I am convinced after watching that game, that KG should be the front-runner for the MVP at this point in the season.
