The best dunk, hands down is when Cherokee Parks came into Krispy Kreme and dunked a custard filled long john into his fresh brewed coffee.

Oliver Miller's first two points came off a one handed 180 slam over David Robinson(In his prime) There was a reported 3.4 earth quake on the rictor when he came down.

TenaciousB Lol. I like when Byron Scott did a dunk got fouled the ball flew high in the air and went in. Byron just glanced over his shoulder bucked at the dude and walked off briskly.

I agree...I've never seen anyone rise like 'Nique during his college days at Georgia - UNBELIEVABLE!!! Jordan could not get up like 'Nique, Carter is the closest I've seen. To be fair, they're two totally different dunkers. Jordan was more comparable to Erving in style, as 'Nique is more comparable to VC.

Props to Phonetap for remembering David Thompson, he was right up there with Erving back in the ABA days. Definitely top five all-time.

<------the list didn't have this guy on it?? He did win two dunk contests (albeit against weak competition). The only reason Kenny Smith was on the list was becasue he's on TNT.

There are two great articles in SLAM Classic showcasing why Nique should have won the dunk contest, and why Jordan should have won it. After reading both of them, I must say that the Nique one was much stronger, because Nique was better that night. Michael repeated the same dunk twice, and missed once I believe.

    Nique: 50
    Jordan: 40

MJ is an overrated dunker !
Dr.J, Vince, and Nique .. all made better dunks than MJ did !
besides .. Nique and Vince have done great In-Game dunks .. !
