what do you think of rookie kyle korver? he scored a career high of 18 points against boston including 5 of 5 from behind the arc!!
i've been a huge fan of kyle before he started being a regular scorer like he is now. he's a great guy to have on the team. he can hit the three and has a quick release and can get you back in the game. not only is he a good player but he's so nice. i've met him a few times after games and he's the nicest guy you could ever meet.
I think hes aight, he hasn't proven much. He needs to get rid of that hair tho... I haven't really seen him play but all he can is shoot threes?
I thought that Willie Green is gonna be a steal but talk about steals,Korver is a great 3-point shooter that any team would need,by the way he looks a lot like my freinds brother.

This kid has much potential but we need to see some more all-around game from him (passing, rebounding, dribbling) He can develop into something great in the future.
I belive he will mature into a great player, he definetely has a shooters touch, and a positive attitude. The injuries that have taken apart our team so far, has given the bench players more time, and he has really stepped up and delivered. I look forward to seeing more of him. I thought Willie would be a better option than Kyle, turns out I was wrong. Though Willie is/was injured, even when he wasn't Kyle has outplayed him.
i think he is getiing better as the year goes on and he is a great guy to keep or trade for a pretty good guy
I wouldn't trade him. Why? Because he is just a rookie now and his playing is phenomenal, imagine what kind of player he would be with a couple of years of experience.
I don't think a trade involving Eric will go down anytime soon. Coach Ayers likes him too much, same as Coach Brown did. I don't understand why you want him gone, he is a terrific player, and no, we don't need his scoring. We have two guys that are way capable of doing that without any help.

Look what he has done the last couple games, he takes jump shots and he doesn't make them. Sayin Eric Snow is great is an extreme overstatement...how is he great? What has he done to be great? He has a great ast/to ratio, but he needs a jumpshot. We can use all the scoring we can get, and if Eric Snow gets a jumpshot, it means less double teams, which open up for G-Rob and AI.

Yet this kid who was dealt from NJ for money dazzled the crowd with his shooting. I really think he will turn out to be one of the best 3 pt shooters in the league.
i wouldn't trade korver. he's a rookie and he's proving himself already. so why trade? he's also what we've always needed- a 3 point shooter!
Who brought up trading Korver? I think you got confused with the trading Eric Snow talk a few posts above. Anyway, I would never want Korver traded anytime soon. I was thinking of this earlier, and what if Korver became one of the leaders with Iverson on the 76ers. He could eventually earn a starting spot if he really got better. Does anyone disagree?
I sure don't, I think he has the talent and the drive to become a force with the Sixers, and in a while may be in the whole NBA. Let's not get too far ahead though, he is only a rookie.
At the risk of making another lame "white guy" comparison here, I have to admit that seeing Korver (5th grade hairdo included) stroke that sweet jumper reminds me of Jeff Hornacek when he played in Philly. Aaron is a solid long-distance shooter, so is the Big Dog, but Korver is lights-out. Outside shooting is at a premium right now, every team desperately wants to get their hands on a guy like this. I watched him the last couple of years at Creighton and he was unbelievable. He wouldn't just sit six inches behind the line and shoot 19 footers, this dude is comfortable at 25 feet. The Sixers have needed a guy like this since Kukoc made his exit. Lock-down defense I would not count on, but Korver is a hustler. (you know what I mean) It may take a little time, but he'll work on his weaknesses. I would think that he's going to start getting locked up much tighter by defenders once teams take notice. But if he can develop his skills on the drive, who knows how good he can be?
Yeah, Korver is a rarity, a pure shooter who is instant offense as soon as he steps on the floor. He kinda reminds me of a less athletic Dale Ellis. The kid is money from anywhere.
