I'm glad that Ben Wallace is the second leading vote-getter. As for Jermaine winning the MVP award, I wouldn't count on it. Garnett is leading him in almost every major stat (Less by .01 on blocks). If Garnett leads his team to a good record that is among the best for the West then he will win the MVP. Tim Duncan will not win it this year, unless his team is the #1 seed again, and by a margin of atleast 4 games. Garnett deserves to finally win it though. As for the All Star Voting, I'm suprised, I thought Lebron would be on the list. I guess all the hype didn't work this time. He deserves to be on the team, atleast as a backup opposite Baron Davis.
Hell yea, who remebers the dunk by carter when he got by kobe and did a 360 baseline? OMG, and thinking espn sprotscenter people rated him 4th overall dunker in history. Stupid Haters.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Startellis:</div><div class="quote_post">I predict Jermaine Oneal to take Mvp form Garnett this year be prepared for a battle.</div> Thanks to Jermaine's foul last ASG to send it to double OT, Garnett won it. Way to screw Jordan outta that MVP Jermaine!
MVP in ASG this year will be: Ben Wallace I don't going to say that I'm sure of it, but I think he has a good chance!
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting PyroManiac:</div><div class="quote_post">I'm glad that Ben Wallace is the second leading vote-getter.</div> By default. Who else is there to vote for in the East for centers?
Ilgauskas? Haha. I'm suprised T-Mac isn't higher up on there. No love for him? As for LeBron, I believe he needs to be in the rookie game. He and Carmelo both on the same team. Why? I wanna see them kill the sophomores. I just hope Amare's back by then.
Michael Jordan would've never deserved to win the ASG MVP last season. He shot something like 12-30. If the East won, AI would've been the ASG MVP. But it's a good thing Jermaine fouled Kobe, so KG could dominate!
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting DajuanWagner#2:</div><div class="quote_post">MVP in ASG this year will be: Ben Wallace</div> Not he will not. When was the last time that defense was emphasized in an ASG? Nobody cares how many blocks you get (and frankly, he wont be trying to block people) points are the main category, and Big Ben wont even stand out in that regard.
