I meant that in the sense that before the trial commenced there were strong evidence suggesting that OJ would get convicted, but he was found innocent in the end, anyway.
i think whether he did it or didnt, it shouldnt get to ppls minds, for years, ppl have known him for all the talent he has in b-ball, but now this incident happens and everyone hates him and thinks more about this incident then how he plays his games, kobe never stopped playing the same way he did before this happened, so i see no problem with this. I understand some kids look up to him as a good role model (that is untill now) but kobe came into the nba to play b-ball, not to be put on every news paper in the world!

Regardless of the outcome,Kobe has no one but himself to blame. He brought all this garbage on himself. Got a beautiful wife and young child and he wants to mess with some Colorado skank. She may well be trying to get something out of it,but still it doesn't excuse Kobe's actions. People need to stop lookin' at Kobe as a victim here,sure this chick may be tryin' to pull one over on him but he's a man in a high position of celebrity and very well knows the consequences of rollin' the dice like that.
couldn't have said it better than that. If he had just kept it in his pants, none of this would've happened. I mean, even if he didn't rape her, he did commit adultery and people who think he's innocent need to take a look at that. And not just that he's married; he got a kid too. That's a whole different level of commitment right there. Before he got into all that, he should've thought about what he had to lose. His accuser is at fault too. She was up in his room at midnight. If she was trying to avoid a situation like the one she supposedly got into, then she wouldn't have had anything to do with him that night. Both she and Kobe are twisted.
I'm already getting tired of this whole crisis right now. I'm just going to sit back and see how this will play out.
