Well I think he played amazing compared to the rest of the high schoolers. I think that him averaging 20.9 points a game as a player one year removed from high school, thats just unreal. Not only that his assists and rebound totals were amazing to. i hope everyone enjoyed his rookie season as much as i did because i dont think we will see anything like this for a long time.
Looking at those numbers, LeBron compares rather favourably. Its all about being NBA ready, which virtually all of the above were not. The smootheness of his transition under all that pressure is what amazes most, moreso than his ability. Watch for his ability to take centre stage this next season.
This place is just dead with all the shite thats going on in the background. I'm almost gonna head back to ESPN, till there's a shakeup.
Yea I know. Back in Feb you would be getting posts every other second it seems now its more like every other hour
well lebron james had the best season out of all of the rookies that came straight from high school. The only player some will say might have had a better season was moses.
James had the most hype and he showed us by putting up all star numbers day after day. Great stats he had this season.
With all of the hype and expectations, LeBron seemed to be set up to fail. But he didn't, and he is easily the greatest player ever to come out of High School straight into the NBA and dominant in his rookie year. I've never seen any HS rookie dominant like LeBron did last season. This kid is really something special. The type of special the world hasn't seen since Michael Jordan came into the NBA in the 1984-85 season. I'm disappointed I missed out on all but 3 seasons (1998, 2002, 2003) of Jordan's career. But I'm very excited that I will have the oppotunity to witness LeBron's career unfold.
