I would have to go with Stevie Franchise...he is just too good. He just plain kills people with his handle. I would go with Rafer considering his rep but he just doesn't get enough playing time to show that he can do his stuff in the NBA. My sentimental pick would go with Iverson because he was the one to make the crossover so popular.
Other than the players you've already mentioned, here are some more with great handles. Starbury has an explosive crossover, and he's incredibly strong with the ball. I've seen Tinsley's handles the past few years over All Star Weekend- I'd say that they're pretty good too. I can't think of any more right now...
Starbury does have some sweet handles. Francis has great dribbles, with the quickness to go along with it. And, Iverson's crossover is just sick.
I gotta give love to the big men of the league... KG has great handle for a 7 footer (6 foot 11 ) and i saw jermaine o'neal make yao look stupid
Right now, I would say Iverson, MArbury, and Baron Davis. Don't forget Skip either... A guy who was in the league briefly and played in summerleagues was former Providence point guard God Shammgod. He had one of the sickest handles I've seen, but i'm not sure he ever got to use it in a real nba game. He supposedly taught Kobe the crossover when they played AAU together.
Luke Ridnour and Steve Nash both have great handles, and speed which helps them overcome their lack of size. TJ Ford has extremely good ballhandling too.

Kenny Anderson and Rod Strickland are two others, even though they are both getting on a bit. No mention of Kidd? There's more to handles than just being able to crossover or put it behind your back.

Tim Hardaway basicly invented the "killer crossover". I know he doesn't play anymore. I'm one year too late.
I'd say Marbury cuz he doesn't turn it over on dribble, i see Baron turn it over on dribble, Ai but not marbury.
I'm lucky enough to see Skip in person at every Heat home game, and he is just an amazing ball handler. He is just so good that at times I find myself cheering everytime he touches the ball, he is definitely one of, if not THE best ball handler in the league. Lately he has been getting a lot of court time, infact tonight he started in place of Dwyane Wade due to an injury. He can't show off too much in the NBA, everytime he does Stan Van Gundy gets on his case .
Definitely the Baron...no one is even close to him , he is just plain sick.Sure some players have the crossover , others have spins , and others have quickness , but this dude has it all. Man when he does his little spin move he makes his defenders look like 5 yr olds...completely leaves them in the dust.
I agree that it is Iverson, Baron Davis, Marbury, and Francis. Those 4 have the best handles in the NBA.
