    Pyro,

It's true, not everyone has the time or the means to watch every game.

About Murphy, you must realize he is just coming back from a pretty serious injury. It takes a while for a player to get back into game shape. A lot of it is conditioning. His avg. will go up for sure. Keep an eye out. He's still coming off the bench but sooner or later he will be moved to the starting spot.

Yes, I understand Murphy's situation. It is not even his average that is a problem he still has pretty respectable numbers at 9.2/7.8 but it is just his shooting percentage. If he gets it up to .420 or so, then his scoring numbers would jump to around 11-12, then when he gets back into game shape his rebounds numbers would rebound.

A lot of the GSW bench is still injured or just recovering from injuries and I don't think that in the current state they are one of the deepest teams. Get Foyle back, and get Murphy going and the bench becomes excellent, but until then they are still average, at least in my eyes.

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting PyroManiac:</div><div class="quote_post"> You said that they played the Nuggets down to the wire twice, however they still lost both of those. In the end it just counts as a loss. </div>Thats the thing, you said the Warriors proved that they cannot COMPETE with teams with depth, beating the Kings and taking the Pistons down to the wire IS competing.<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">As for Murphy averaging a double-double last year, that is true. However, he didn't shoot a horrible .340 like he is this year. </div>Are you even aware that this guy just came back from a big injury? He has only played in six games this year and is still getting back in shape but has already been a force with double-doubles in back to back games. I'm sure the box scores could have told you that.<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Finally, as for not being able to know the whole story because I can only see stats and highlights, that is true for every single member of this forum in relation to atleast one team. Everybody has a life other than just watching every NBA game that they can, so they cannot know everyting about every team.</div>Yes, this is obvious and is true for everyone. The thing is, you shouldn't make ridiculous claims about teams you know very little about.
